Due to the nature of our products, we will only issue refunds under the following circumstances:
1. You must contact us via phone (832.528.3165) or e-mail (amy@expeditionkids.com) within 15 days after you receive your order. Do not ship anything back to us until you have contacted us and we have responded. 15 days will be calculated through the USPS tracking number (if available) or based on 4 days after the item was shipped.
2. All returns will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
3. The order must be shipped back to Expedition Kids! in new condition.
4. The original shipping fee will not be refunded, and customers are responsible for shipping the items back.
5. Once we receive the CD's, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the 20% re-stocking fee in the same manner that you paid for the original purchase.
6. After 15 days, all sales will be final.
7. There are NO refunds on files that we e-mail to customers. All electronically delivered sales are final.
